Latitude 32 - DA3 Structure Plan Amendment
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) approved the Development Area 3 (DA3) Structure Plan in October 2015. Since then LandCorp, now DevelopmentWA, has been working with landowners in order to maximise the opportunities for sand extraction, together with the progressive acquisition of lots based on priority of hardship.

Appendix B DA6A Acoustic and Vibration Report
The purpose of this study was to assess noise and ground vibration received within the proposed lots from trains travelling along the railway line. If exceedances with the stated criteria were determined, advise on the required mitigation measures to control noise intrusion to acceptable levels and the required buffer distance to comply with the stated vibration criteria.
