What is Latitude 32?

Latitude 32 is a 1400ha master-planned industrial area that will offer a variety of land use options.

This includes 6 development areas, with structure planning approved for Areas 1, 2 and 3. 

A number of multi-national businesses have started operating out of Flinders Precinct, the first development undertaken in Latitude 32.

Latitude 32 will be an integral part of theWestport Port and Environs Strategy. Further structure planning on Development Areas 4 and 5 will be incorporated into the strategy.
